Cancellation / Refund / Return Policy


1. Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund if:

• Service was not delivered as promised

• You cancel before the cut-off time (2 hours before scheduled)

• You are unsatisfied and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours

2. Non-Refundable Cases:

• Last-minute cancellations

• Service already delivered as booked

• Partial dissatisfaction without valid cause

3. Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days

• You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once processed
